Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: November 5, 2025

Boyd’s Painting strives to deliver exceptional garage floor coatings, interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, and driveway seal coating services. This policy outlines our warranty commitments and refund procedures to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.

1. Warranty

We provide a 5-year limited warranty on all products and services against defects in materials or workmanship. Coverage includes peeling, chipping, fading, or failure due to our application.

• Exclusions: Damage from improper use, customer alterations, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Remedy: We will repair or replace defective areas at no cost, subject to inspection.
• Claim Process: Notify us in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue. Provide photos and access for evaluation.

Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original client and property.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are limited to services not rendered.

• Cancellations ≥24 Hours Prior: Full refund of any deposits or payments.
• Cancellations <24 Hours Prior: 10% surcharge deducted from refundable amounts. Rescheduled services incur no surcharge.
• No-Shows or Post-Start Cancellations: No refund for commenced work or materials.

Deposits for materials or scheduling are non-refundable once procured.

3. Refund Requests

Submit requests via email to support@boydscontracting.com with your contract details, reason, and proof of payment. We process approved refunds within 14 business days via original payment method.

4. General Terms

• Policies apply to all contracts signed after the effective date.
• We reserve the right to amend this policy with notice via website or email.
• Disputes are governed by Alberta law.
